Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The Shanghai Pudong New Area Special Education School is located at 1890 Yushan Road. This project intends to select a qualified supplier through open bidding to provide nursing staff services for the Shanghai Pudong New Area Special Education School. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
